ShopOpen24 Seller Pricing & Promotion Policy

ShopOpen24 aims to keep seller pricing, discounts and promotional claims clear, fair and understandable for customers. Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy of their prices, offers and product information.

1. Accurate pricing

Sellers must enter the actual current selling price of the product. Product prices must not be misleading, deceptive or presented in a way that can confuse customers about the amount they will pay.

2. Regular price and sale price

When a sale price is used, the regular price should represent a genuine price at which the product was offered for sale. Sellers must not artificially increase a regular price immediately before a promotion only to show a larger discount.

3. Discount claims

Discount percentages, crossed-out prices, 'MRP' references, 'lowest price' claims and similar promotional statements must be accurate and supportable. Do not claim a discount that is not based on a genuine reference price.

4. Limited-time and urgency claims

Claims such as 'today only', 'last chance', countdowns or limited-stock messages should be used only when they are truthful and reflect the actual offer conditions.

5. Coupons and promotions

Coupons, bundles, free-delivery offers and other promotions must clearly state important conditions, exclusions and validity periods where applicable. Sellers should not hide material conditions in a way that makes the offer misleading.

6. Seller responsibility

Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and supporting records of their products, prices and promotional claims. ShopOpen24 may request clarification, evidence or correction when a listing appears misleading or non-compliant.

7. Sponsored or featured visibility

Paid or sponsored placement must not be presented as purely organic ranking. ShopOpen24 may label sponsored, promoted or featured placements separately from normal product results.

8. Policy enforcement

ShopOpen24 may remove, edit, restrict, pause or reject listings or promotions that appear misleading, inaccurate, unlawful or inconsistent with marketplace policies. Repeated or serious violations may result in seller restrictions or suspension, subject to applicable platform procedures.

9. Records and audit trail

ShopOpen24 may keep records of seller price changes and policy acceptance for marketplace operations, customer protection and internal review. Sellers should keep their own supporting price and promotion records where required.
